  • Receive a LUMP-SUM Benefit amount of $10,000 when you are diagnosed with a critical illness. This coverage pays for:
    • Cancer
    • Heart Attach
    • Stroke
    • Coronary Artery Bypass
    • Major Organ Transplant
    • Recurrence benefit. One year after you have no received or needed treatment for a cancer, heart attack or stroke, your lump-sum benefits begins to grow- to a maximum of 50% after 5 years.
  • You can receive all benefits in addition to any other coverage.
  • Unisex Rate/tobacco
  • 5 year look-back for cancer and heart conditions with a 30 day waiting period.
